While there are two classifications of alkaline diets, this cluster of blog posts refers specifically to conversations surrounding foods recommended in Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide. Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide does exclude a lot of the foods many people know and love. However, delicious meals can still be created. Many of which you already enjoy! All one would need to do is learn how to substitute ingredients. For example, an alkaline vegan substitute for ground beef can be walnut meat! There’s an alkaline vegan substitute for fried chicken as well- Fried Oyster Mushrooms!

While many people decide to consume an alkaline diet that follows Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide, many people use it to detox. Several people have given testimony of being healed from diseases.

Just the same, many people have been healed from diseases, gone into remission, and taken off of their medications, not only from an alkaline vegan diet but also from a plant-based diet. To be fair, people have also seen improvement in diets such as the Atkins diet as well.

The most important thing is that you’re consuming a diet that is rich in hydration and minerals. Hydration and minerals come from eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Preferably organic of course.
